We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The outdoor activities were a lot of fun, including playing chess on the giant chess board, enjoying the mountain coaster, and zip lining. The setting of this hotel is beautiful, with fine views of the mountain. Our room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The hotel had a variety of activities available, such as aerial tours and golf, and it was conveniently located near other attractions in the area. this hotel offered a great experience at a reasonable price.

The hotel is located at the top of the mountain with breathtaking views of the surrounding area, making it a perfect getaway. The rooms are well-maintained and come equipped with basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave. The staff is friendly, providing great service throughout the stay. Additionally, the prices are reasonable for what the hotel offers.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wisp very much and would stay there again, as well as recommend it to others. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was equipped with hair dryer, coffee maker, and microwave. Staff was very friendly. One thing I would like to see changed - air conditioner/heater was pretty noisy and ran quite a bit of the time. It is located in a beautiful area. Food at the restaurant was DELICIOUS, servers were very friendly and accommodating.

Some areas, particularly close to the conference room (by the bar and restaurant) need new carpet, as some we saw were pretty woren and soiled. Would like to see an ice maker on all floors.

We had a great time at the pool, the hotel was located conveniently close to Smiley's, and the room was perfect for a family.

Location can't be beat. Pool, game room. Indoor walk way to food and ski rentals. Wi-Fi.

No hot water at 7:30am. Others in the hotel had the same problem. Food was marginal (ex: pancakes were undercooked/wet dough). Hot tub is tiny. Pricey, but not over-priced for the location.

Burger King is a short walk to the hotel. Honestly no complaints. Located within a walk to Deep Creek Lake, which is about 150 meters away.

There is no outdoor pool available at the hotel.

Convenient location at the base of the slopes, perfect for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. . Clean and comfortable accommodations, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the ski locker provided was convenient for storing our ski equipment, making it easy to hit the slopes. Friendly and pleasant staff, from the front desk to the cafeteria employees, everyone was helpful and welcoming.

The hotel and facilities could use some updating and modernization. . the decor in the rooms was outdated and in need of a refresh.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a refrigerator and even a kitchenette and fireplace for added comfort. I was pleasantly surprised to find a window in the bedroom, allowing natural light to brighten up the space. The breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and satisfying, starting off my day on a positive note.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
